Troy, Michigan Nursing Program: A Hands-On BSN

At Chamberlain’s nursing school near Detroit, you gain hands-on experience in both the Chamberlain SIMCARE CENTER™ and the on-site clinical setting. This allows you to work alongside classmates, faculty, mentors, and experienced registered nurses as you develop skills in direct patient-care nursing. The SIMCARE CENTER™ features many aspects of simulated care, giving you the opportunity to practice fundamental nursing skills on high-tech patient manikins. Patient simulators have bodily functions and vital signs, and they produce a range of symptoms. You will have the chance to hone your nursing skills in a safe health care setting before transitioning to real-life patients in the clinicals portion of the curriculum.
